The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery. The received product(s) differed from the original order. Anything is missing from the package which was described in the product description at the time of purchase. In case of exchange due to change of mind customer will be responsible for all shipping, and handling costs. This entails that they are unused, not damaged, all stickers and tags intact and packed in their original packing If there is a change in your order amount due to the exchange, in cases where the exchange order value is below the original order value, the balance amount will be provided to you as store credit. In cases where the exchange order value is above the original order value, you can pay through cash at the time of delivery The complete exchange process will take up to 2 days in major cities and up to 4 days in all other cities 4. Discounted Items cannot be returned/exchanged. 5. Refund requests will be processed within 14 working days after the returned products are received.
