The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery. The received product(s) differed from the original order. In cases where the exchange order value is above the original order value, you can pay through cash at the time of delivery The complete exchange process will take up to 2 days in major cities and up to 4 days in all other cities 4. Discounted Items cannot be returned/exchanged. 5. Refund requests will be processed within 14 working days after the returned products are received.
