1. Exchange Eligibility
- The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The received product differs from the original order.
- The package is missing items described in the product details at the time of purchase.
NOTE: Claims will only be entertained if reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. Review & Replacement Process
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will review and verify the issue.
- After a fair review, a replacement product of the same value will be issued.
- The replacement will be delivered with the customer’s next order.
3. Shipping & Handling Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to exchanges.
4. Product Condition for Exchange
Products will only be accepted for exchange if they are in their original condition:
- Unused and undamaged
- All stickers, labels, and tags intact
- Packed in original packaging
5. Order Value Adjustments
- If the new product value is less than the original order, the balance will be provided as store credit.
- If the new product value is greater than the original order, the customer can pay the difference via cash on delivery.
6. Processing Time
Exchange processing time: Up to 2 days in major cities and up to 4 days in other cities.
7. Non-Exchangeable Items
Discounted or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Refund Policy
Refund requests will be processed within 14 working days after receiving the returned product(s).
